Serious Media has been selected for the 2015 Best of San Antonio Award in the Communications Services category by the San Antonio Award Program.
Each year, the San Antonio Award Program identifies companies that we believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and our community. These exceptional companies help make the San Antonio area a great place to live, work and play.
Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2015 San Antonio Award Program focuses on quality, not quantity. Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the San Antonio Award Program and data provided by third parties.

Serious Media is proud to announce that owner, Danielle Cunningham, is the recipient of three esteemed Addy Awards for 2014 from the San Antonio Chapter of the American Advertising Federation. The AFF hosts an annual nation-wide competition whose mission is to recognize and reward the creative spirit of excellence in the art of advertising.
Danielle won a Silver Addy for a social media post and graphic design for K. Charles & Co. Salons and another Silver Addy for a menu design for The Wax Bar, as well as the highly regarded Judge’s Award. Although this is not her first time to have won an Addy Award, it’s been several years since she’s submitted any design for consideration.
Although Cunningham, who has been in business for over a decade as one of San Antonio’s most creative and sought-after graphic and web designers, has received Addy awards in the past, this is the first time in years that she’s submitted any design for consideration.
“Addy Awards are considered quite an honor in this industry. The AFF receives over 40,000 entries from highly talented designers each year in the U.S., so I really feel very blessed,” said Cunningham.
Cunningham’s design experience ranges from logo and business card design to environmental graphics. As an artist, she’s inspired by the world around her, which she then translates into out-of-the-ordinary design elements, such as a business card that transforms into an origami butterfly.
